Remote Computer Access
With remote computer access there is no need to bring your
computer system into the workshop or pay for a Service call
to your home or business. Provided you have internet access
we can log in via the internet to fix problems on your
system. Install drivers and updates, Remove Viruses and
Malware, Install Printers. You still need to put the CD in
the CD Drive for us but we are working on that. You need to
install a small program on your computer via the internet
and then you can sit back and watch the mouse work all by
its self. This is how all computer will / should work in the
future. You can see everything I do and you can cut me off
at ant time just by moving the mouse for typing on the
keyboard. Normally we are talking over the phone at the same
time so you can direct me to the problem straight away or I
can sit back, relax and drink some coffee and watch
what you are doing, giving hints as you go.
