Internet Services.
We have now partnered with Netspace Internet Providers. This makes it easy for me to find and fix faults with your internet connection. If you are looking for a new Internet Provider may I suggest the following link to Netspace for your internet needs. Remote Access.
Using Logmein I can log into your computer t fix software faults and small internet problems without a service call or you having to disconnect your computer and bring it in to the work shop. The link below downloads a small control program which self installs. You can talk to me over the phone as I fix problems on your screen or I can see what you are doing and make suggestions in real time. Try it out if you like, click on Log Mike In to get started.

VoIP Phone Systems
VoIP you may of heard of it. It connects your standard telephone or cordless phone to the Telstra or Optus phone system. Why you ask? It's cheaper. 10 cent calls to any land line phone Australia wide and /or an extra phone line with out the line rental. Call me if you like this idea. It's easer to talk to you than write pages of text or try it out yourself just ring 03 9012 7540. This will ring the office via the VoIP system in your telephone exchange. Internet Filtering for Home.
With all the information available on the internet today, much of it is unwanted especially for the younger computers user's. We can filter the information coming into your computer screens, You or I can restrict what is displayed or searched for by our kids. Open DNS is a company that restricts the internet data and is adjustable by the account holder to a range suitable for school kids ranging from Kindergarten to Year 12. Best of all it is a free service for home systems.  

Internet Filtering for Work.
The same company (Open DNS) also provides a service for the work place limiting what staff can access from your work computers, you can block sites via preset categories or individual sites. You can block social networking sites like Facebook.com or twitter on the work computers or restrict individual web sites. The settings are installed at the internet gateway in your network so any computer accessing the internet via your office network can be blocked but when your employee takes their laptop home if will work without any restriction. (unless they have installed Open DNS at home).

Check the Open DNS Icon's to see if your Internet is filtered or not  If you see You're using OpenDNS. then your internet is being filtered via OpenDNS. If you see Use OpenDNS Get started Icon, then you are using your normal internet provider service. You can click on the button to start the setup or give me a call to arrange a time for us to set it up for you.

Computer on your TV.
Have you got a new Plasma or LCD TV. You can connect your old computer to your new screen and surf the internet on your television. Much bigger and easier to read. Plug in a wireless keyboard and Mouse and surf from your arm chair. Watch internet movies on the big screen or the slide show of pics from your computer screen saver.
